Nordic Cyber Group (NCG) is seeking a highly skilled IAM Architect to join our team. This role requires a balance of strong technical expertise and business know-how to design and implement scalable Identity and Aocess Management (IAM) systems. The idcal candidate has a deep understanding of IAM technologies and trends, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and strategies.
Position Overview
As an IAM Architect at NCG, you will play a crucial role in:
- Solution Design Leadership:Lead the design and selection of IAM solutions, capturing technical, business, and security requirements
- Architect And Develop Solutions:Design and implement scalable IAM systems, ensuring robust security and performance
- Industry Trend Awareness:Stay informed on current IAM industry trends and technologies to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborative Requirement Gathering: Partner with various teams to define system requirements and recommend appropriate modifications
- Documentation And Diagramming: Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, roadmaps, sequence diagrams, and process flows for various system states
- Governance And Standards: Develop and uphold IAM standards, best practices, and governance policies; and
- Process Improvement: Work collaboratively to understand and challenge existing processes, striving for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Proven experience in technology architecture or engineering roles
- Expertise in large-scale software system development or deployment
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Identity & Access Management use cases and technologies
- Strong capabilities in designing, developing, and coding systems and applications
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Organizational skills an particular attention to detail, including in capturing information and in writing comprehensive documentation
- Experience with working remotely and with global teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently; and
- candidate is able to work remotely, but must be located in EU.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, and/or Okta platforms
- Knowledge of PAM products such as CyberArk
- Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP directories
- Familiarity with IAM business and technical domain knowledge
- TOGAF certification or other relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Solutions Architect, CISSP)
