The Nordic Cyber Group (NCG) is a fast-growing cybersecurity consulting firm specializing in Identity Security, Digital Compliance, Digital Fraud Risk – located in Stockholm, Sweden. To support our expanding client base, we’re looking for a Identity Security Consultant to join us.
About The Role
As an Identity Security Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing IGA and PAM solutions, helping organizations mitigate identity-related risks while enabling seamless and secure access for employees, partners, and customers. In this role, you will,
- Support organizations in assessing, designing, and implementing Identity Security solutions based on customer specifications and requirements. This includes lifecycle management, access management (SSO, SAML, OIDC), identity governance, and privilege access management, etc.
- Implement IAM solutions and integrate them with existing systems and platforms. This may include configuring software products, developing custom solutions, and integrating with other security technologies.
- Conduct security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the IAM system and work to develop measures to address them. This includes monitoring system activity, investigating incidents, and implementing security improvements.
- Gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements (including all major compliance standards) to design security risk-free architectures as part of existing security posture improvements or migration projects.
- Provide training and support to users and administrators to ensure proper use of the IAM system and to address any questions or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with others (C-management, engineering, infrastructure, development, database, security operations) to develop corporate security standards (including all major Clouds)
We are looking for someone who has,
- Worked 4-10 years in a similar role and has very good experience in IGA or PAM
- Certified professional and specialist in at least 1 of the following products: SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, Okta, Autho, CyberArk
- Very good knowledge of Active Directory and SSO (single sign on)
- Successfully executed at least one Cloud security project
- Experience in development and scripting skills in, for example, Powershell
- Understanding and interest in regulations and experience of working in regulated activities
- Good teamwork skills and willingness to work both in a team and independently.
